The Membership of "All India Hajj & Umrah Tours Pvt. Ltd." is open to all Travel Partners who agree with the Terms and Conditions of the Organization.
To authorize an agency, we require:
- Three Office Documents
- Three Personal Documents
- Additional Documents & Formalities
Office Documents (Any Three)
- Office Ownership Proof – Leave and License Agreement or Ownership Documents
- Office Address Proof – Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill
- Company Bank Statement – Last 3 Months
- Company Registration Documents – PAN Card / Udyog Aadhaar / Gumasta / Shop & Establishment Certificate
Personal Documents (Proprietor/Partners/Directors) (Any Three)
- Passport Copy
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Savings Bank Passbook / Bank Statement
Additional Requirements
- Office Visiting Card & Latest Photo of Proprietor/Partners
- Office Photos showcasing:
- Signboards
- Staff Sitting Area
- Cabins
- Other office facilities
- Duly Filled Application Form – In block letters with signatures and company seal
- One-Time Non-Refundable Deposit of ₹49,999 in favor of All India Hajj & Umrah Tours Pvt. Ltd.
Important Payment Guidelines
- 🚨 All payments must be made directly to the official company account of All India Hajj & Umrah Tours Pvt. Ltd.
- 🚨 Agents CANNOT collect cash from clients under any circumstances. Payments must be processed through the official company account, depending on the city of departure.
